Oct. 1939 Ex-Chairman Yoshiharu Miki founded Miki Seisakusho in Kawasaki City Oomiya-cho with the support of his father (ex-House of Councilors vice-chairman)
Oct. 1954 Acquired the patent of the stepless variable speed drive. Started producing and selling it by the name of 'Miki pulley stepless variable speed drive.'
Mar. 1957 Changed the company name to Miki Seisakusho Co., Ltd.
Mar. 1961 Built Sagami Plant. Started producing.
Jan. 1964 Sagami Plant was taken as the designation of a small and medium-sized enterprises model factory.
Oct. 1965 Developed the electrical variable stepless speed drive.
Dec. 1965 Tied up technical & sales of variable stepless speed drive with Zero-Max, Inc. in the U.S.
Oct. 1966 Changed the company name to Miki Pulley Co., Ltd.
Jan. 1968 Tied up technical & sales of couplings with Lovejoy, Inc. in the U.S
Oct. 1969 Tied up technical & sales of stepless variable speed drives with Lenze GmbH & Co KG in Germany.
Mar. 1971 Tied up technical & sales of electromagnetic clutches & brakes with Lenze GmbH & Co KG in Germany.
Mar. 1971 Tied up technical & sales of Torque Tender with Helland Research & Engineering in the U.S.
Apr. 1972 Founded joint company Miki Simpla Co., Ltd. with Lenze GmbH & Co KG in Germany.
Feb. 1973 Founded Miki Beltec Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1973 Tied up technical & sales of couplings with Baumann & Co., Ltd. in Switzerland.
Jun. 1973 Founded joint company Miki Zero-max Co., Ltd. with Zero-Max Inc.in the U.S.
Jan. 1975 Tied up technical & sales of couplings with Helical Inc.in the U.S.
Dec. 1975 Tied up technical & sales of couplings with Centa Antriebe Kirschey GmbH in Germany.
Mar. 1979 Tied up technical & sales of Friction couplings with FFV in Sweden.
Apr. 1980 The then President Yoshiharu Miki was awarded the medal with Yellow Ribbon.
Sep. 1980 Developed GTO Inverter 'V FREQ'
Jul. 1981 Founded CRA Co., Ltd.
Sep. 1981 Harukazu Miki assumed the post of the president of Miki Pulley.
Jul. 1982 Tied up technical & sales of Anti-Vibration Mountings with Rosta Werk Ag. in Switzerland.
Sep. 1982 Founded joint company Miki Cipro Co., Ltd. with FFV in Sweden.
Sep. 1984 Completed Miki Simpla Yonezawa Plant.
Nov. 1986 The then President Yoshiharu Miki was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun,Gold and Silver Rays.
Dec. 1986 Built Technical Center in Sagami Plant.
Apr. 1987 The then Vice President Hitoshi Miki was awarded the medal with Yellow Ribbon.
Nov. 1987 Power Transmission Coupling 'ETP BUSH' and 'SERVOFLEX' was selected 'Good Design Award' (Industrial machinery) in 1987.
Apr. 1988 Changed the name of Miki Power Electronics Co., Ltd. to Miki Power Control Co., Ltd.
Aug. 1992 Completed new building of Zero-Max in the U.S.
Apr. 1995 Founded joint company Miki Ace (Tianjin) enterprise in China with Ace Pillar Trading Co., Ltd. in Taiwan.
Jun. 1996 Completed the factory of Miki Ace Tianjin Enterprise.
Oct. 1996 Founded Miki R.A Hanbai Co., Ltd.
Mar. 2000 to Miki Pulley absorbed Miki Ace (Tianjin) enterprise as a 100% subsidiary company
May. 2001 Miki Ace (Tianjin) enterprise changed the name to Miki Pulley (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
May. 2002 Miki Simpla Yonezawa Plant was unified in Miki Power Control Yonezawa Plant.
Apr. 2004 Shanghai office was established.
May. 2004 The President Harukazu Miki was awarded the medal with Blue Ribbon.
