To prevent fraying at the fabric edges, the warp threads must be adjusted, and a coupling is required on the drive shaft that drives them. By installing the "CF-A (Rubber/Resin Coupling for Power Sources)" and transmitting power via highly elastic rubber, it should be possible to absorb vibration and shock

I want to bring a high-speed spinning machine to a sudden stop
〉Solution
The loom operates at a speed of 1,000 to 1,200 revolutions per minute. Since it must be brought to an immediate stop in cases such as when the weft thread breaks, an electromagnetic brake with excellent responsiveness and high stopping precision is required. Is it possible to equip the machine with the "BS-25 (Electromagnetic Brake)" to bring it to an immediate stop?

We were able to stop the loom instantly. Furthermore, the number of “stop marks” (a type of fabric defect) has decreased!
