Removing the Speed Changer (Pulley) | Belt-Type Continuously Variable Speed drive
2026/05/07
This video demonstrates how to remove the drive and driven pulleys used in our belt-type continuously variable transmissions (CVTs). The model
featured in the video is the
ANW-02NHN horizontal type. Although this model has a relatively small motor output of 0.2 kW, this removal method may also apply to other sizes.
However, since driven-side speed reducers may have different mounting methods depending on size or whether they include a clutch, if you are unable to remove it using this method, please check the structure in the instruction manual or catalog. If you cannot follow the steps shown in the video, please do not force the issue; instead, contact our sales department for assistance.
