ETP-E (C) Electroless Nickel Plating Type

Our proprietary hydraulic system enables a single-bolt connection. By using friction rather than a keyway to join the shaft and hub, we have overcome the drawbacks of keyway connections. The design is simple, making installation and removal easy, while allowing for precise positioning and alignment. This significantly reduces the time required for assembly and adjustment. The surface is treated with electroless nickel plating.

  • Items marked with a ● are standard specifications and are compatible with shaft tolerance h7 (g6/h6); sizes marked with a ○ are available as options and are compatible with shaft tolerance k6 (j6).
  • The ETP-E-035-CK (compatible with k6(j6) tolerances) is also compatible with mating shaft tolerances ranging from 0 to +0.010.
  • The allowable torque is the value when the thrust force is zero, and the allowable thrust force is the value when the torque is zero.
  • The allowable torque, allowable thrust load, axial side load, and hub side load are values at 20°C.
