PSL-G Model
This mechanical shaft lock utilizes a tapered design; by tightening multiple clamping bolts, the tapered surfaces create a wedge effect that fully secures the shaft and hub together. Since the shaft and hub are joined by friction, this design overcomes the drawbacks of keyed connections. This model offers high compatibility with products from other manufacturers and can withstand heavy loads thanks to the use of high-strength bolts.

- L and L1 are the dimensions prior to installing the <POSI LOCK>.
- The designation for each bolt and tap is calculated as: quantity × thread size × nominal length.
- The M2 removal screw holes are marked with tool marks for sizes 19 to 60, and with paint on the bolt heads for sizes 65 and larger.
