CPE Model

This coupling transmits power via pins and bushings. It features damping properties provided by the sliding surfaces of the pins and bushings, enabling stable power transmission while absorbing significant eccentricity and angular misalignment. Since the absorption of eccentricity and angular misalignment does not rely on deflection, axial reaction forces are minimized. The CPE model can accommodate angular misalignment of up to 1°.

  • The maximum rotational speed does not take dynamic balance into account.

  • The 3-mm hole diameter of the CPE-19 is torque-limited by the holding force at the shaft fastening section, resulting in a working torque of 0.4 N·m and a maximum torque of 0.8 N·m.
  • The range of hole diameters we can accommodate is between the minimum and maximum diameters listed in the dimension table; however, for hole diameters not listed in the table above, a separate machining fee will apply.
