Brake-Motors

We have incorporated an internal non-excitation brake or an excitation brake with a compact brake power supply into general-purpose induction motors (fully enclosed, externally ventilated motors compliant with JIS C 4210 and JIS C 4213) without altering their dimensions. Models with a built-in non-excitation brake are designed for safety applications, such as during power outages, while models with a built-in excitation brake are intended for general control purposes.Output: 0.2 kW to 3.7 kW

Induction motors, which are commonly used as power sources for industrial machinery, rotate at relatively high speeds. To utilize their rotational force, a speed reduction mechanism is required, and the use of a gear reducer is the most convenient solution. Geared motors, which integrate an induction motor and a gear reducer, are readily available. Output: 0.2 kW to 1.5 kW

This is a stationary Leonard-type continuously variable speed motor that combines a separately excited DC motor—ideal for continuous variable speed control—with an SCR controller capable of being controlled by a weak electrical signal of just a few mA. It enables stepless speed variation from high to low speeds with stable rotation, and features excellent control response and high speed accuracy (±2%).
