Variable-pitch pulley

In belt-driven power transmission systems, a variable-pitch pulley is mounted on the drive shaft. By changing the distance between the drive and driven shafts, the belt pitch is adjusted, thereby altering the rotational speed.We offer models that use wide variable-speed belts, which are suitable for speed changes, as well as models that use readily available standard V-belts.

Specifications This is a continuously variable transmission featuring a single variable-pitch pulley. It is a basic model that uses standard V-belts. When combined with the P model, it can be used as a double variable-pitch pulley unit Using standard V-belt specifications, we have increased the pulley spread and improved the gear ratio by modifying the pulley surface design. The wide-range transmission belt design allows for a wide gear ratio range and ensures high transmission capacity. The wide-pitch timing belt design allows for a wider range of gear ratios and higher capacity. The split pulleys also help ensure a longer belt life.
